Abstract
İslam dinine ait ibadetlerden namaza hazırlık için gerekli olan abdest eylemi de İslam fıkhında bir ibadet gibi kabul edilir. Bu ibadetin ve aynı şekilde İslamî ibadet biçimi olan orucun kapsamı (nasıl, hangi durumlarda yapıldığı ve hangi durumlarda bozulduğu) fıkıh literatüründe ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Abdest ve orucu bozan durumların tıbbî gelişmelere göre yeniden değerlendirilmesi adlı tezimizde İslam-tıp ilişkisi dikkate alınarak, bu iki ibadetin bozulma durumları fıkıh ve tıp açısından ele alınmıştır. Özellikle orucun bozulması sonrasında kişiye yüklenen vazifeler dört mezhebe göre karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde İslam-tıp ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde abdestin kavramsal çerçevesi ile abdesti bozan durumların fıkıh ve tıp açısından incelemesi yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde de orucun kavramsal çerçevesi ile orucu bozan durumlar fıkıh ve tıp açısından incelenmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise konu ile elde edilen bilgilerin genel değerlendirmesi sunulmuştur. The act of ablution, which is necessary for the preparation of prayer from the worship of Islamic religion, is regarded as a worship of Islam. This scope of worship and the scope of the fast, which is a form of Islamic worship in the same way (how and in what conditions, and in which cases it deteriorates) has been detailed in the fiqh literature. The situtations about breaking ablutions and fast according to their medical development was taken in terms of fiqh and medicine relation and the deterioration of these two worships. Particularly after breaking fast the charges charged to the person were examined comparatively according to four sects. Our study consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, Islam-medicine relation is taken up. In the second part, ablutions conceptual framework and cases that disturbed ablutions were examined in terms of fiqh and medicine. In the third chapter, the conceptual framework of the fast and the cases that disturpt the cam pare examined in terms of fiqh and medicine.
