Abstract
Bu çalışmada, 2015-2017 yıllarında, Giresun Fındık Araştırma Enstitüsü'nün arazisinde bulunan karayemiş genotiplerinin floral gelişme devreleri ve çiçek tozu kalitesi belirlenmiştir. Denemede Orta ve Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesinden seçilmiş bulunan karayemiş genotiplerinden 08-02, 28-04, 52-08, 52-12, 52-17, 52-18, 52-20, 53-05, 54-03 ve 55-04 nolu genotiplere ait ağaçların tomurcuk ve çiçekleri kullanılmıştır. İncelenen 10 adet karayemiş genotipinde, floral gelişme 7 safhaya ayrılmıştır. Safha I morfolojik ayrım, temmuz ayının ilk yarısında başlamıştır. Morfolojik ayrım tarihleri bakımından genotipler ve yıllar arasında farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Morfolojik ayrım ile çiçeklenme arasında geçen süre en kısa 55-04 nolu genotipte 245 gün, en uzun ise 08-02 nolu genotipte 268 gün olarak bulunmuştur. Çiçeklenme tarihleri 2015 yılında 19 Mart ile 24 Nisan, 2016 yılında 4 Mart ile 6 Nisan arasında gözlenmiştir. Çiçeklenme tarihleri yıllara göre farklılık göstermiş, 2016 yılında çiçeklenme 15 gün daha erken başlamış ve çiçeklenme süresi daha kısa olmuştur. Karayemiş genotiplerinde çiçek tozu canlılık ve çimlenme oranları %81-90 arasında bulunmuştur.
In this study it has been determined the floral development stages and pollen quality of the cherry laurel genotypes grown in Giresun Hazelnut Research Institute in 2015-2017. In the experiment, buds and flowers of the trees belonging to the 08-02, 28-04, 52-08, 52-12, 52-17, 52-18, 52-20, 53-05, 54-03 and 55-04 genotypes selected from Central and East Black Sea Region have been used. In these 10 genotypes the floral development was divided into 7 stages. The stage I floral initiation began in the first half of July. The dates of floral initiation differed between genotypes and years. The period between floral initiation and blooming was 245 days for the genotype of 55-04 and 268 days for the genotype of 08-02. Flowering dates have been observed between March 19 th, April 24 th, at 2016, and between March 4th and April 6th 2015. Flowering dates varied by years, started 15 days earlier in 2016 and took place in a shorter period. The amount of pollen viability and germination rates of the cherry laurel genotypes was between 81-90%.
