Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) ve Zn(II) metal iyonlarının okzalato-4-vinilpiridin karışık ligantlı [Co(C2O4)Cl(C7H7N)].0,5H2O, [Ni(C2O4)(C7H7N)2].2H2O, [Cu(C2O4)(C7H7N)2].2H2O ve [Zn(C2O4)(C7H7N)2] koordinasyon bileşikleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen koordinasyon bileşiklerinin yapıları; Elemental analiz, IR spektral verileri, manyetik moment ölçümleri ve termik analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatıldı. X-ışını toz kırınımı yöntemi ile bileşiklerin kristal formda oldukları belirlendi.Sentezlenen bu komplekslerin hidrojen depolama kapasiteleri HPVA cihazıyla 77K'de, yüzey alanları ise BET ölçümleriyle belirlenmiştir. Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) ve Zn(II) komplekslerinin; yüzey alanları sırasıyla 110, 85, 90 ve 70 m2/g ve maksimum hidrojen depolama kapasiteleri sırasıyla kütlece % 5,33, % 4,31, %4,66 ve % 3,88 g H2/g depolayıcı oldukları belirlenmiştir. Co kompleksinin hidrojen depolayıcısı olarak sentezlenen diğer komplekslerden daha iyi ve kullanıma uygun olduğu belirlenmiştir.
In this work, mixed oxalato 4-vinylpyridine ligand complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) metal ions [Co(C2O4)(C7H7N)2].0,5H2O, [Ni(C2O4)(C7H7N)2].2H2O, [Cu(C2O4)(C7H7N)2].2H2O and [Zn(C2O4)(C7H7N)2] have been synthesized. The structure of the complexes was determined by means of elemental analysis, IR spectral data, magnetic moment measurements and thermal analysis techniques. XRD powder diffraction data revealed that all compounds are in crystalline form.The hydrogen storage performances and surface areas of the synthesized complexes were examined by HPVA at 77 K and BET analysis. Analysis results of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes are sequentially; for surface area 110, 85, 90 ve 70 m2/g and for maximum stored hydrogen % 5,33, % 4,31, %4,66 and % 3,88 g H2/g storage material, respectively. It was found that Cobalt complex store more hydrogen than the other synthesized complexes and it is more utilizable for usage.
