Türkiye'de İslamcı Dergilerin Dönemin Din Anlayışına Etkileri: Mektup Dergisi Örneği (1985-2010)

Abstract

1985 yılında yayın hayatına başlayan Mektup Dergisi 'Kadınların kaleminden kadın erkek herkes için' sloganı ile toplumun tüm kesimlerine hitap etmeyi ve hurafelerden arındırılmış hakiki İslam'ı anlatmayı amaçlamıştır. Dergi İslam toplumunun gördüğü baskı ve zulümleri konu edinirken Müslüman toplumların dinlerinden bihaber olduklarına sürekli vurgu yapmıştır. Bununla beraber toplumun gündelik hayatına yön verecek konular olan aile, evlilik, haramlar ve helaller, halk ve hak İslamı gibi konuları da işlemiştir. Derginin genel yayın yönetmeni Emine Şenlikoğlu'dur. Emine Şenlikoğlu, tüm çaba ve gayreti ile toplumun sesi olmaya çalışmış, bu uğurda Mektup dergisi yanı sıra konferanslar yapmış, kitle yayın organlarında röportajlar vermiş, bildiriler yayınlamış ve kitaplar yazmıştır. Gençlik dönemleri her ne kadar İslami bir çerçevede olmasa da eşi Recep Özkan'ın destekleri ile eğitim hayatında büyük mesafeler kat etmiştir. Şenlikoğlu, İslam'ı hurafelerden arındırmak, insanları bu doğrultu da aydınlatmak için yazdığı 'Gençliğin İmanını sorularla Çaldılar' kitabı dolayısı ile 163. Maddeden hüküm giymiş ve hapis yatmıştır. Görüşlerinden ve siyasi sistemi sürekli eleştirdiğinden ötürü 12 Eylül ve 28 Şubat dönemlerinde de birçok kez sorgu odalarına alınmış ve hakkında davalar açılmıştır. Kendisi ise bu durumu cihad ve dava şuuru olarak açıklamıştır.Mektup magazine published in 1985 animed at to appeal segments of the society with the slogan 'For men and women, from the pen of women' and aimed to explain the real Islam without superstitions. While the magazine is about the oppression and persecution of the Muslim society, it constantly emphasizes that they are unaware of the religions of the Islamist society. In addition to this, subjects such as family, marriage, harams and halals, the people and the right Islam, which will take the direction of managing the society are discussed. The general editorial management of the journal is Emine Şenlikoğlu. Emine Şenlikoğlu is willing to participate in the society with all her efforts and endeavors, she has made conferences, given interviews, papers and written books in mass media as well as the Mektup magazine. Her youth didn't pass in the Islamic period; however, her education journey has been taken a long way with the support of her husband, Recep Özkan. Şenlikoğlu was convicted in Article 163 and was imprisoned for the book 'They Stole the Faith of the Youth with their questions', which she wrote it to purify Islam from superstitions and to enlighten people in this direction. Due to her views and constant criticism of the political system, she was taken to interrogation rooms many times on 12 September and early 28 February, and lawsuits were filed against her. Emine Şenlikoğlu explained this situation as the consciousness of jihad and litigation.
