Hadis'te 'Kitabu-l-Megazî' Literatürünün Erken Dönem Kaynaklarının Tespiti ve Değerlendirilmesi: İmam Buhari Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada hicrî II. asırdan sonra yazılmış hadis eserlerinden İmam Buhârî?nin el-Câmiu?s-Sahîh adlı eserindeki Megazî kısmının kaynak tahlili, kaynaklarının niteliği, temel kaynakları hangi ölçüde kullandığı, kaynakların kullanımına göre güvenilirlik durumu ve keyfiyetinin tespiti amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmamız, hicrî I. asrın sonları ve hicrî II. asrın başlarında telif edilmiş eserlerin tanıtım ve incelenmesi ile İmam Buhârî?nin el-Câmiu?s-Sahîh?indeki Megazî ve Siyer konularına dair hadisleri kapsamaktadır. İnceleme ve değerlendirme neticesinde ortaya çıkan bulgular tahlil edilmiş ve sonrasında yapılan karşılaştırma ile çalışma son bulmuştur. Bu çalışmamızda önce Hadis, Sünnet ve Megazî kavramları açıklanmış, daha sonra Megazî alanında telif edilmiş eserler kronolojik olarak incelenmiş ardından da Buhârî?nin Megazî bölümü metodolojik açıdan ve muhteva yönünden tahlil edilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar esnasında karşılaştırmalı bir yöntem izlenmiştir.İncelemelerimiz sonrasında elde ettiğimiz bulgulara göre, hicrî birinci asırda ve ikinci asrın başlarında telif edilmiş söz konusu eserlerin hem muhteva itibariyle hem de konu ile usûl yönünden nasıl bir yapıya sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre Buhârî?nin Megazî bölümünün bu eserlerden, özellikle de İbn Şihâb ez-Zührî?nin eserinden önemli ölçüde faydalandığı ve Urve b. Zübeyr ile Musa b. Ukbe?den de yer yer istifade ettiği görülmüştür. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hadis, Sünnet, Megazî, Tedvîn, Tasnîf, Kitâbu?l-Meğâzî, Buhârî.This work aims to discover Al-Bukhari?s Kitabu?l-Magazi which is a work about Hadith written two centuries after the Hegira, the quality of its sources and to what extent the basic sources are used. From the result which appears according to use of sources, the trustworthiness of the sources will be known.Our research contains the works which are written at the end of the first century and the beginning of these cond century of the Hegira and reviews and surveys about these works. Hadiths which are about the life and wars of the Prophet Muhammad in Al-Camiu?s-Sahih ? Al-Bukhari are also included in this work. This research is concluded with the analyze and comparison of the findings which appeared in conclusion of examines and reviews.In this work, the terms ?Hadith, Sunnah, Magazi? are explained firstly. Then, the works which are written in the field of Magazi are examined chronologically. Afterwards, Kitabu?l-Magazi is analyzed in terms of methodology and content. During this research, a comparative methodology is followed.According to the finds inconclusion of this research, contextual and methodological structure of the works which are written in first two centuries of the Hegira are found out. According to this, that Kitabu?l-Magazi used some sources like Urve b. Zubeyr, Musa b. Ukbe and especiallyIbn Shihab Az-Zuhri is seen.
