Spor Sektörü Çalışanlarının İş Doyum Düzeylerinin Tespiti

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, spor sektöründeki özel ve kamu kuruluşlarında çalışan kadın ve erkeklerin iş doyum düzeylerini belirlemektir. Materyal ve Metot: Bu çalışmaya Samsun ilinde çalışan 40 kadın, 51 erkek toplam 91 kişi katılmıştır. Veriler nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında çalışanların iş doyumlarını ölçmek için Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği kullanılmış ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler için sayı, yüzde, diğerleri için puanlara ilişkin aritmetik ortalama ± s.sapma gösterimi kullanılmıştır. Normal dağılım gösteren verilerin analizinde iki alt grubun karşılaştırılması için Bağımsız t-testi kullanılmış ve anlamlılık 0,05 olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışma sonunda; idari personelin spor personelinden, evlilerin bekârlardan ve kamuda çalışanlarının özel sektörde çalışanlardan iş doyum düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu ve cinsiyetin iş doyumunu değiştirmediği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Medeni durumun, iş yerindeki görev statüsü ve sektör değişkeni iş doyumunu etkilediği söylenebilir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Çalışan; iş doyumu; spor; spor sektörü

Aim: The aim of this study was determine that job satisfaction level of male and female workers who work for public organization in sports sector. Material and Method: 40 female and 51 male total 91 participant attended to the research from Samsun province. Survey forms were used as a qualitative method to gather data. 'Minnesota Job Satisfaction Survey' were used to learn workers job satisfaction situation and the number, percentage for descriptive statistics, for others to score mean ± standard deviation were used. In the analysis of the data normally distributed independent t-test was used to compare the two groups, and the significance is determined to be 0.05. Results: At the end of this study; It was found that gender doesn't change the job satisfaction and the level of job satisfaction is higher employees working in public than in the private sector and married individuals than singles, the administrative staff than sports staff. Conclusion: It can be said that marital status, duty status in the workplace and sector variable affect job satisfaction. Keywords: Job satisfaction; sports; sports sector; worker
