Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı İstanbul'da Beşiktaş ve Şişli ilçelerinde eğlence mekanları kaynaklı çevresel gürültü düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve haritalanmasıdır. Mevcut yöntemler çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesi ve gürültünün kontrol edilebilir düzeye indirgenmesi için gerekli önlemlerin sunulması şeklindedir. Planlanan çalışmada, gürültü ölçümleri Beşiktaş ve Şişli bölgelerinde 20 farklı işletme çevresinden yapılmıştır. Her ölçüm 5 dakikalık süre ile tamamlanmıştır. Her eğlence mekanının önünde ve çevresinde bulunan konut, işyeri, hotel, hastane vs. gibi yerlerden gürültü ölçümleri alınmıştır. Ölçümler 3 periyotta yapılmıştır. Gündüz ölçümleri 16.00-19.00 arası, akşam ölçümleri 19.00-23.00 arası, gece ölçümleri ise 23.00-07.00 'ye kadar sürmektedir. Ölçümler incelendiğinde en düşük gürültü düzeyi genelde gündüz ölçümü zamanındadır. Ölçümler Cuma ve cumartesi günleri yapılmıştır. Toplamda 211 farklı noktadan 521 adet gürültü ölçümü gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu 211 noktanın 7 noktasında ölçüm sonuçları yönetmelik sınır değerlerini aştığı tespit edilmiştir. Ölçümler Svan955,Svan958 ve Cirrus marka gürültü ölçüm cihazlarıyla yönetmeliğe uygun bir şekilde yapılmıştır. Ölçüm sonuçlarına göre yönetmelikte verilen sınır değerlere uygun olup olmadığı tespit edilmiş ve haritalama yolu ile gösterilmiştir.
The aim of this study was to determine and mapped of environmental noise level which was sourced from entertainment venues in Beşiktaş and Şisli regions, at the İstanbul. In accordance with the present method, evaluation and decreasing in the controllable level of noise are presented in the form of the necessary precautions. The planned work, noise measurements were made at Beşiktaş and Şişli region around 20 different locations. Each measurement was completed in 5 minutes period.The noise measurements were taken in front of every entertainment venues and around the residential, office, hotel, hospital, etc. from places like this. Measurements were made in the third period. Daytime measurements were taken from 16:00 to 19:00 p.m, dinner measurements from 19:00 p.m to 23:00 pm, night measurements 11:00 pm to 7:00 a.m. The lowest noise level measurements were observed at day time when the the time of measurement during the day was examined. Measurements were made on Fridays and Saturdays. A total of 211 points from 521 different noise measurements were carried out. Measurements of the seventh point 211 of this point has been determined exceeds the limit values of the regulation. Measurements were made Svan958, Svan955 and Cirrus that in accordance with the regulations of noise measurement equipment brand. The limit values given in accordance with the regulations based on the test results were identified and shown to be mapping the way.
