Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerine Yönelik Mesleki Etik İlkeleri Ölçeği Geliştirme Çalışması

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi eğitim alanında çalışan öğretmenlere yönelik mesleki etik ilkeleri ölçe ğinin geliştirilmesi ve geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarının yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda okul öncesi öğretmenlerden görüşler alınmıştır. Bu görüşler ve alan yazın incelenerek ölçeğin deneme formuna ilişkin maddeler yazılmıştır. Bu maddelerden oluşan taslak form 245 okul öncesi eğitim veren öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerliğini ilişkin kanıt elde edebilmek için faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analiz sonucunda ölçeğin dört faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin güven irliğine ilişkin kanıt elde edebilmek için hesaplanan Cronbach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı ise 0,95 olarak bulunmuştur. Alt boyutlara ilişkin güvenirlik katsayıları da 0,90 ile 0,94 arasında değişmektedir.The present study examines the development of a professional ethics principles scale for teachers working in the p re-school education domain, in addition to testing the reliability and validity of this questionnaire. To this end, pre -school teachers' opinions were collected. Following the analysis of these viewpoints and the previous literature, items of the trial form were written. The draft form which comprised these items were applied to 245 pre-school teachers. In order to document the validity of the scale, a factor analysis was conducted. The analysis results revealed that the scale has a four factorial structure. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the scale, which is an indicator of its reliability, was found to be 0.95. The reliability coefficients for the subcomponents varied between 0.90 and 0.94.
