Abstract
Domates Türkiye'de üretimi yapılan en önemli kültür bitkilerinden birisidir. Domates bakteriyel hastalık etmenleri tohumla taşınan ve dünyada domates verimini sınırlandıran en önemli faktörler arasında yer almaktadır. 2015 - 2016 yılları arasında Samsun ili Bafra ve Çarşamba ilçelerinde domates üretim alanlarında hastalık oluşturan bakteriyel hastalık etmenlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 20 köy ve 80 arazide survey yapılmıştır. 144 hastalıklı bitki örneğinden, 126 adet bakteriyel izolat elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen izolatlardan morfolojik, fizyolojik, moleküler ve patojenisite testlerine göre 28 tanesinin patojen olduğu belirlenmiştir. Patojen özellikte olan izolatlardan 15 tanesi Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato 12 tanesi Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis ve 1 tanesi Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae olarak tanılanmıştır.
Tomato is one of the most important cultivated crop in Turkey. Tomato bacterial diseases are seed borne pathogens and one of the most important limiting factor in tomato yield in all over the world. Between 2015 and 2016 years, 80 fields of 20 villagaes in Bafra and Carsamba towns were surveyed to detemine the bacterial pathogens in tomato growing areas of Samsun province. A total of 126 isolates from 144 diseased plant materials were obtained. Among prufied isolates, 28 isolates were identified as pathogenic according to morphological, physiological, molecular and pathogenicity test results. Among those isolates, 15 isolates as Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato, 12 isolates as Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis and 1 isolate as Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae were identified.
