Publication: Şark Tipi Tütünde Fide Gelişimi ve Fide Kalitesi Üzerine Farklı Malç Ortamlarının Etkileri
Abstract
Bu çalışma şark tipi tütünde farklı malç ortamlarının fide gelişimi ve kalitesi üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Deneme Alanı'nda yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada bitki materyali olarak Esendal tütün çeşidi ve farklı malç (saman, talaş, torf, kum+perlit, çam ibresi, çeltik kavuzu, fındık kabuğu, ahır gübresi) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Deseni'ne göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada çıkış süresi, fide boyu, kök uzunluğu, klorofil içeriği, fide kuru ağırlığı, fide yaş ağırlığı, kök yaş ağırlığı, sap kalınlığı, birim alandaki fide sayısı, ideal fide oranı ve ideal fide oluşum gün sayı incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucu; çıkış süresi 16-20 gün, fide boyu 10-14.54 cm, kök uzunluğu 4.75-9.75 cm, yaprak sayısı 4-7 adet, klorofil içeriği 25.06- 27.69 CCI, fide kuru ağırlığı 0.28-0.67 g, fide yaş ağırlığı 2.43-7.98 g, kök yaş ağırlığı 0.18-0.62 g, sap kalınlığı 2.7-4.88 mm, birim alandaki fide sayısı 12-68, ideal fide oranı % 52.5-96, ideal fide oluşum gün sayısı 59-63 gün arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; Karadeniz bölgesinde kolay bulunabilir olan çam ibresi, ahır gübresi, talaş ve fındık kabuğu malçları gerek doğadan toplanabilir olması gerekse cüzi miktarda karşılanabilir olması çiftçi için avantaj sağlayabileceğine karar verilmiştir. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different mulch environments on seedling development and quality of oriental tobacco conducted in Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Agriculture Experiment Area. Esendal tobacco type and different mulch (straw, sawdust, peat, sand + perlite, pine needle, paddy husk, hazelnut shell, barn fertilizer) were used as plant material in this study. The research was carried out with 4 replications according to Randomized Blocks Experimental Design. In this study; exit time, seedling length, root length, chlorophyll content, seedling dry weight, seedling wet weight, root wet weight, stem thickness, number of seedlings per unit area, ideal seedling rate and ideal seedling formation day number were examined. As a result of the evaluation; the following changes has been determined: Output period between 16-20 days, seedling length between 10-14.54 cm, root length between 4.75-9.75 cm, number of leaves between 4-7 pieces, chlorophyll content between 25.06-27.69 CCI, seedling dry weight between 0.28-0.67 g, seedling wet weight between 2.43-7.98 g, root wet weight between 0.18-0.62 g, stalk thickness between 2.7-4.88 mm, the number of seedlings per unit area between 12-68, ideal seedling rate between 52.5-96 % and ideal number of seedling formation days between 59-63 days. In conclusion; it has been decided that the advantages of pine pointer, barn manure, sawdust and hazelnut bark as mulch, which can be easily found in the Black Sea region, with the reason of both can be collected from nature and can be afforded in a small amount, can not be ignored for the farmer.
