Publication: Düzenli Beslenme Programı ile Egzersiz Yapan Bireylerde Beden Kitle İndeksindeki Değişimlerin İncelenmesi
Abstract
The nutrition program of individuals who exercise should fully meet the energy, vitamins, minerals and protein they spend for life activities and training. As the intensity of the training increases, the energy requirement increases. If the intensity of the exercise is high, a more intense nutrition program should be prepared accordingly. In order to see the importance of nutrition in exercise, an experimental group with 30 participants and 15 participants, a control group with 15 participants were formed, regular nutrition programs were created for the experimental group and compliance was ensured, and at the same time, 2 days a week for 50 minutes on a regular basis. exercise has been done. Only regular exercise program was applied to the control group. Statistical analyzes of the obtained data were made with the SPSS analysis program. Inbody 270 was used as data collection tool and tape measure was used for circumference measurements. Paired Sample T Test, normality test, Man Whitney U Test, Independent Group T Test and Leneve Test were used in the statistical analysis of the data obtained in the study. Significant differences were found between the changes in body mass index (BMI), abdomen, waist, hip, hip, right and left arm, right and left leg and chest circumference measurements in the experimental and control groups (p<0.05). As a result, it has been observed that there is less change in BMI and body composition when they exercise alone in individuals who do not have a regular nutrition program, and there is much more change in BMI and body compositions in individuals who exercise with a regular diet program. It is thought that there are few studies in this area and more studies should be done.
