Abstract
Porous asphalt and porous concrete are two materials of superstructures that are used for paving. All pavings built by porous materials are the ones which have more space and larger aggragate than traditional paving types. They are particularly designed and built in the pursuit of drainage in highly rainfalled areas. As a result of the fact that the expected durability of superstructure has not been determined aftermath of the tests, it is proposed that perforated elements built by more durable and lasting concrete, which is likewise to the permeable feature of porous materials, should be used in pavements and park areas. For this reason, perforated elements are designed and produced as an interlocking concrete paver.Prefabricated concrete paving elements are the ones which are produced with a view to being furnished on the open space grounds such as road, pavements, square, parks and the non-traffic allowed areas such as garages, stores. This study involves data about interlocking concrete paver, its structural materials and building of concrete block paving. In the final section of the study, designing, producing of perforated concrete paver and the applied tests are explained and the gained results from the mentioned tests are evaluated and some proposals are presented in line with this.
