Türkiye’de İç Göç Sorununa Yeni Bir Yaklaşım: Stratejik İç Göç Yönetimi

Abstract

İç göç olgusu, Türkiyede her geçen gün farklı platformlarda dile getirilen güncel sorunlar arasında yer almaktadır . Göç veren bölgenin durum analizinin yapılması, bölgesel ölçekte kısa dönemli ve uzun dönemli faaliyetlerin belirlenmesi ve kilit aktörlerin katılımının sağlanması sorununun etkin olarak çözümü açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu durum, göç sorununa geleneksel yaklaşımdan ziyade dinamik, katılımcı ve bütünsel bir yaklaşımın gerekliliğini beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu araştır mada, Türkiyede iç göç sorunu stratejik yönetim pers pektifinden ele alınmakta ve stratejik iç göç yönetimi kavramı literatüre kazandırılmaktadır.Internal migration phenomenon, raised on different platforms with each passing day, is one of the current problems in Turkey. Making situation analysis for migration region, determination of short - term and long- ter m activities on a regional scale and ensuring the participation of key actors have great importance for the effective solution of the problem. This attitude necessitates a dynamic, participatory and holistic approach rather than the traditional approach to the problem of migration. In this study, internal migration issue from the perspective of strategic management is discussed and the concept of strategic internal migration management takes part in the literature.
