Radikülopati Kliniğini Taklit Eden Subakut Kombine Dejenerasyon: İki Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Vitamin B12 eksikliğinde; beyin, optik sinir, periferal sinirler ve spinal kordun etkilenmesine bağlı olarak nörolojik tablolar görülür. Subakut kombine dejenerasyon erken dönemde tanı konulup tedavi edildiğinde geri dönüşlü olan, vitamin B12 eksikliğine bağlı spinal kordun etkilendiği bir komplikasyondur. Biz radikülopati kliniğini taklit eden iki subakut kombine dejenerasyon olgusu sunuyoruz.The neurologic manifestations of vitamin B12 deficiency are the result of its effects on the brain, optic nerves, peripheral nerves and spinal cord. Subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord is a complication of vitamin B12 deficiency, which is reversible if diagnosed and treated early. We present two cases of subacute combined degeneration who resemble radiculopathy.
