Glob Avülsiyonu: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Optik sinir kesilmesi ile sonuçlanan globun travmatik öne luksasyonu, globun rotasyonuna sebep olan şiddetli künt travmalar sonrası meydana gelebilen nadir bir durumdur. Bu olgu sunumunda iş kazası nedeniyle unilateral glob luksasyonu ve optik sinirde tam kat kesilme meydana gelen ve diğer gözü önceden fitizik olan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Özellikle bir gözü ambliyop olan hastaların bu tür kazalara karşı riski normale göre daha fazla olduğundan, geri dönülmez kötü sonuçlarla karşılaşmamak için kazalara karşı daha dikkatli olmak zorundadırlar.The traumatic frontal luxation of the globe, resulting in a break in the optical nerve, is a rare event that occurs after intense blunt trauma, causing the rotation of the globe. This report provides information on a unilateral globe luxation and complete break in the optical nerve induced by occupational trauma, where the patient's other eye has already been phthisic previously. Patients with amblyopia in one eye, in particular, are more susceptible to such accidents and they need to be more careful to avoid irreversible damages.
