Ülkemizde Sektörel Gereksinimler Ekseninde Meslek Yüksekokulları Grafik Tasarımı Programları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye?de meslek yüksekokullarında yürütülmekte olan grafik tasarımı programının, sektörel gereksinimler konusunda ortaya koyduğu ölçütler ile verilen eğitim-öğretim hizmetlerinin daha nitelikli olması açısından araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Türkiye?de 2013 yılı itibariyle grafik tasarımı eğitim-öğretimine devam eden devlet ve vakıf olmak üzere toplam 55 meslek yüksekokulu grafik tasarımı programı; belge tarama (kitap, dergi, makale, bildiri, yabancı kaynaklar vb) ile internet ortamında veri tarama ve toplama teknikleri gibi araştırma yöntemleriyle toplanmış ve incelenmiştir. Edinilen bulgular doğrultusunda, eğitim öğretimine devam eden devlet ve vakıf olmak üzere 55 ayrı meslek yüksekokulu grafik tasarımı programlarında, birbiriyle örtüşmeyen, içerik ve daha genel anlamda vizyon olarak birtakım farklılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiş, yaşanan sorunlar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. In this study, it is aimed to provide continuity and better quality to the ongoing Graphic Design Programs in Vocational Schools with sectoral requirements criteria. In accordance with this purpose, 55 Graphic Design Programs in Vocational Schools have been viewed and on Internet documentaries, books, articles, magazines etc. have been researched by data collection techniques. The point that I am anxious to make is that these programs are unlike each other especially about context. In other words the vision of these programs have lots of differences. In this study, the suggestions about resolution of the problems are mentioned and thought to be helpful to resolve the problems.
