2006 Yılı Türkçe Öğretim Programına Göre Hazırlanan 6. ve 7. Sınıf Türkçe Ders Kitaplarındaki Dil Yanlışları ve Anlatım Bozuklukları

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2007-2008 eğitim öğretim yılında okutulan 6. ve 7. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki dil yanlışlarını ve anlatım bozukluklarını tespit etmek, daha önce okutulan Türkçe ders kitapları üzerinde yapılan çalışmalarla ortaya konmuş dil ve anlatım bozukluklarının Yeni Türkçe Öğretim Programına (2006) göre hazırlanan ders kitaplarında da devam edip etmediğini ve bu doğrultuda ders kitaplarının Türkçe eğitim hedeflerinin ne kadarını gerçekleştirebildiğini belirlemektir.Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu tarafından onaylanmış ve basımı yapılmış olan 4 6. sınıf ve 3 7. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabı taranmış, dil ve anlatım bozuklukları belirlenip sınıflandırılmış, yanlış kullanımların doğru biçimleri gösterilmiş ve nedenleri üzerinde durulmuştur.Eş zamanlı yöntem esas alınarak yapılan bu betimsel çalışma esnasında, 7 Türkçe ders kitabında toplam 742 dil ve anlatım sorunuyla karşılaşılmıştır. Bunlar yazım hataları, noktalama hataları, dizgi hataları, anlatım bozuklukları, sıklık oranı düşük sözcükler, kakofoni ve tekrar sıklığı, seviyeye uygun olmayan uzun cümleler olmak üzere 7 ana başlıktan oluşmaktadır. Anlatım bozuklukları, 292 dil yanlışı ile ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Ardından yazım (149) ve noktalama hataları (125) gelmektedir.Ayrıca en çok, MEB Yayınlarına ait 7. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabı (191) ile Evrensel İletişim Yayınlarının 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabında (122) dil ve anlatım sorunlarına rastlanmıştır. Fakat 6. sınıf Koza ve Özgün Yayınlarına ait ders kitaplarının diğerlerine oranla bu anlamda daha hassas ve titiz hazırlandıkları söylenebilir.Çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturan Türkçe ders kitaplarında çok fazla dil sorunuyla karşılaşılması; ders kitaplarının dil kurallarını sezdirmekten uzak olduğunu, okuma sevgisi ve alışkanlığı kazandırmada yeterli olmadığını, dizgi hatalarıyla öğrenciyi kitaptan soğuttuğunu ve ana dilinin güzelliklerini, zenginliklerini yeteri kadar gösteremediğini ortaya koymuştur.Anahtar SözcüklerTürkçe dersi, dil yanlışları ve anlatım bozuklukları, 6. ve 7. sınıf Türkçe ders kitapları, Yeni Türkçe Öğretim Programı, dil sevgisi ve bilinci.The aim of this study is to determine language and expression mistakes in the Turkish coursebooks which are used in the 6th and 7th grades in 2007- 2008 academic year, whether the language and expression mistakes which were put forward according to the researches conducted with the previous Turkish coursebooks are continued to be done in the new coursebooks which are prepared according to the New Turkish Course Curriculum (2006) and in this way how many of the Turkish education aims are come true.All of 6th grade and 7th grade Turkish coursebooks which are approved by Teaching and Training Committee of Ministry of Education and published were reviewed, language and expression mistakes were determined and classified, the true forms of the wrong ones were showed and the reasons expressed.At the end of this descriptive study based on same-timed method, in the 7 Turkish coursebooks totally 742 language and expression mistakes are found. These are classified under 7 basic titles which are spelling mistakes, punctuation mistakes, typesetting mistakes, expression mistakes, low frequency words, high frequency of cacophony and repetitions, long sentences which aren?t appropriate for level. Expression mistakes are ranking first with 292 language mistakes. Then there are spelling mistakes (149) and punctuation mistakes (125).Moreover, the language and expression mistakes are mostly found in the 7th grade Turkish coursebook published by Ministry of Education Publication (191) and 6th grade Turkish coursebook published by Evrensel İletişim Publication (122). But, 6th grade Turkish coursebooks of Koza and Özgün Publications are prepared more carefully and fastidiously in terms of these criteria.Finding so many language mistakes in the Turkish coursebooks which are the exemplary of this study showed that coursebooks cannot make students feel the language rules, they aren?t enough to gain reading pleasure and habit, typesetting mistakes make students uncomfortable with coursebooks and they aren?t qualified enough to show the richness of the native language.Key WordsTurkish course, language errors and expression mistakes, 6th and 7th grade Turkish coursebooks, New Turkish Course Curriculum , language pleasure and consciousness.
