A Research on the Stages of Flower Development in Hazelnut I. Investigation of Flower Initiation and the Stages of Flower Development

Abstract

In this research, male and female flower initation and the stages of flower development in some kinds of hazelnuts, growing in the ecology of Samsun, are investigated. In the male flower, six full and two sub-stages and in the female flower, seven full and two sub-stages are determined.
