Abstract
Bu çalışmada, kültür balıkçılığında oldukça önemli olan Sazangiller (Cyprinidae) familyasından, Cyprinus carpio' nun tam kontrollü üretim aşamaları, çalışmanın yapıldığı üretim tesisinin fiziksel ve kimyasal şartları da dikkate alınarak saatlik olarak takip edilmiştir.Bu amaçla, Amasya Yedikır DSİ Su Ürünleri Üretim ve Araştırma İstasyonu'nda iki ayrı üretim serisi oluşturulmuştur. Üretime başlamadan önce tesisin fiziksel koşulları tespit edilip, çalışma boyunca kullanılan suyun kimyasal özellikleri saatlik olarak takip edilmiştir. Dişi anaçlardan elde edilen toplam yumurta sayısı, döllenmiş ve döllenmemiş yumurta çapları, erkek anaçlardan elde edilen sperm miktarı, yumurtaların döllenme oranı, yumurtalardan çıkan larva sayısı hesaplanarak, larvaların embriyonik gelişim safhaları gözlemlenmiş ve elde edilen veriler diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak verimli bir tam kontrollü üretim için uyulması gereken metodun uygulamadaki başarısı sınanmıştır.Tam kontrollü sazan (Cyprinus carpio Linneaus, 1758) üretiminin aşamaları izlenerek diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Üretim aşamalarında uygulanan metotlar ve elde edilen veriler benzer çalışmalarla paralellik göstermektedir. Ancak verimlilik ile ilgili sonuç, diğer araştırmalara göre düşük çıkmıştır (%30).
In this study, intensive production stages of Cyprinus carpio Linneaus, 1758, which is comparatively important from Cyprinidae family in culture fishery, were followed in terms of physical and chemical conditions of production institution which the study were conducted.For this purpose, two different production series were composed in the Amasya Yedikır Fishery Products Production and Research Station. Before beginning the production, the institution?s physical conditions were stated and chemical properties of water used to study were followed hourly. Total number of eggs obtained from female rootstocks, fertilized and nonfertilized eggs diameter, amount of sperm obtained from male rootstocks, fertilize rate of egss, calculating the number of larvae from egss, embrionic developmental stages of larvae were observed and obtained data comparing with the other studies, the success of the method to be followed in practice for an efficient intensive production were tested.Monitoring stages of a fully controlled common carp production (Cyprinus carpio Linneaus, 1758) were compared with the other studies. Production methods applied in stages and obtained data showed parallelism with similar studies. However, results about effeciency were lower than the other studies (%30).
