Küresel Dünya Düzeninde D-8 Örgütü'nün Makroekonomik Performansının İncelenmesi

Abstract

D-8 Örgütüne üye ülkelerin her biri jeopolitik öneme sahiptir. Türkiye açısından üye ülkeler ile sosyal ve ekonomik ilişkilerin geliştirilmesi Afro-Avrasya bölgesine ekonomik olarak açılmak anlamına gelmektedir. Bu bağlamda bu tez çalışmasında, D-8 örgütünün kuruluşundan günümüze kadar olan süreçte, örgütün sosyo-ekonomik başarısı irdelenip, örgütün küreselleşen dünya üzerinde ekonomik bir güç teşkil edip edemeyeceği sorusunun değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ancak görülmüştür ki, D-8 örgütü, 20 yıllık sürecinde makroekonomik performansını arttırmasına rağmen, üye ülkelerde yaşanan siyasi istikrarsızlık, ekonomik problemler ve kısa dönemli bunalımlar gibi etkenlerden ötürü atıl konuma getirilmiştir. In terms of Turkey, the development of social and economic relations with member countries infers opening up economically to the Afro-Eurosian region. In this context, the aim of this thesis is to investigate the socio-economic success of the organization from the foundation of the D-8 organization to the present and to evaluate the question of whether the organization can constitute an economic power on the globalizing world. However, it has been observed that although the D-8 organization has increased its macroeconomic performance in its 20-year period, it has been put in an idle position due to factors such as political instability, economic problems and short-term crises in the member countries.
