Boşanma Sonrası Psikolojik Destek Programının Bireylerin Uyum Düzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu tezin amacı 'Boşanma Sonrası Psikolojik Destek Programının' boşanmış bireylerin boşanmaya uyum düzeyi üzerindeki etkililiğini incelemektir. Araştırma, resmi boşanma süresinin üzerinden en fazla iki yıl geçmiş 15 kadın üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada öntest–sontest kontrol gruplu deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımsız değişkeni, öntest ve sontest arasında uygulanan 11 oturumluk Boşanma Sonrası Psikolojik Destek Programı'dır. Araştırmanın bağımlı değişkeni, boşanmış bireylerin uyum düzeyleridir. Her iki gruba araştırmada kullanılan Fisher Boşanmaya Uyum Ölçeği öntest ve sontest olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularını elde etmek Mann Whitney U Testi ve Wilcoxon işaretli sıralar testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular Boşanma Sonrası Destek Programının boşanmış bireylerin boşanmaya uyum düzeyleri üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the effectiveness of the 'Post-Divorce Psychological Support Program' on the level of adjustment to the divorce of divorced individuals. This research was carried out with 15 women who had been up to two years on the official divorce period. In this study pre-test-post-test with a control group, the experimental design model was used. The independent variable of the study is the 11-week Post-Divorce Psychological Support Program applied between pre-test and post-test. The dependent variable of the study, the adjustment level of the divorced individuals. The Fisher Divorce Adjustment Scale was used in both groups as pre-test and post-test. Mann Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to obtain the research findings. Findings from the research show that the Post-Divorce Support Program effects on divorced individuals' level of adjustment with divorce.
