Siklododesiloksi İçeren Ftalosiyaninlerin Sentezi ve Karakterizasyonu

Abstract

Kararlı π-konjuge sistemine sahip ftalosiyaninlerin ilginç fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklerinden dolayı teknolojinin bir çok alanında kullanımı giderek artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada siklododesiloksi içeren yeni ftalosiyaninlerin sentezi ve karakterizasyonu yapılmıştır. 4-(siklododesiloksi)ftalonitril (1) ve uygun maddelerle birlikte ftalonitrilsiklotetramerizasyon reaksiyonu ile yeni metalsiz ftalosiyanin (M = 2H) (2) ve metalli ftalosiyanin (M= Co, Ni, Cu ve Zn) (3), (4), (5) ve (6) hazırlanmıştır. Yeni sentezlenen tüm bileşikler, elementel analiz, NMR, FT-IR ve UV-Vis spektroskopisi teknikleri ile karakterize edilmiştir. Termal kararlılık çalışmalarında DTA ve TGA teknikleri kullanılmıştır.

Phthalocyanines are very interesting because the large conjugated π-system display highly thermal stability, chemical resistance and unique physical properties which make widely used in different areas of material science. In this study, a novel metalfree phtalocyanine (M = 2H) (2) and metallophthlocyanines (M = Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) (3), (4), (5) and (6) containing cylododecyloxy have been synthesized by the phthalonitrilecyclotetramerization reaction of 4-(cyclododecyloxy)phthlonitrile (1) with the appropriate materials. All the novel compounds were characterized by using elemental analysis, NMR, FT-IR and UV-Visible spectroscopy. The thermal properties are investigated by DTA and TGA.
