Venöz Tromboembolinin Önlenmesine Yönelik Hemşirelerin Bilgi ve Uygulama Durumunun Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği'nin Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma, hemşirelerin venöz tromboemboliye yönelik bilgi ve uygulama durumunu ölçmek amacıyla yapılan bir ölçek geliştirme çalışmasıdır. Araştırma tanımlayıcı ve metadolojik olarak yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırmanın evrenini Samsun Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ve Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'nde çalışmakta olan hemşireler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini bu iki hastanede acil servis, dahili cerrahi servis ve yoğun bakımda çalışan 200 hemşire oluşturmuştur. 30 hemşire ile tekrar test yapılmıştır. Araştırmanin verileri tanıtıcı bilgi formu ve 'Venöz Tromboembolinin Önlenmesine Yönelik Hemşirelerin Bilgi ve Uygulama Durumunun Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği' kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Ölçek geliştirme sürecinde; literatür taraması, madde havuzu oluşturma, uzman görüşleri alma, pilot uygulama yapılmış ve hedef gruba ölçek uygulanmıştır. Ardından geçerlilik güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS for Windows 22 paket programı ve LISREL 8.80 paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Ölçek maddelerinin KGİ=0.912, faktör analizleri sonucu KMO katsayısı 0.953 bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin son halinde 20 madde 2 alt boyut bulunmaktadır. Alt boyutlar Faktör 1: 'hemşirelerin venöz tromboembolinin önlenmesine yönelik bilgi durumları', Faktör 2: 'hemşirelerin venöz tromboembolinin önlenmesine yönelik uygulama durumları' olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Uyum iyiliği değerleri ; x2/SD değeri 1.09, GFI 0.99, AGFI 0.99, CFI 1.00, RMSEA 0.020 ve SRMR 0.057 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha değeri 0.965 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç: 'Venöz Tromboembolinin Önlenmesine Yönelik Hemşirelerin Bilgi ve Uygulama Durumunun Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği' Türk toplumu için geçerli ve güvenilir olarak bulunmuştur. The research was conducted descriptively and metadologically. Material and Method: The universe of the research was composed of nurses working at Samsun Training and Research Hospital and Ondokuz Mayıs University Medical Faculty Hospital. The sample of the research was 200 nurses working in emergency services, internal surgical services and intensive care in these two hospitals. 30 nurses were tested again. The data of the study were collected using the introductory information form and the 'Venous Thromboembolin Prevention Nurses' Information and Application Status Assessment Scale'. In the process of scale development; literature review, substance pooling, obtaining expert opinions, piloting were performed and scale was applied to the target group. Then the reliability analysis was performed. Analysis of the data was done with SPSS for Windows 22 package program and LISREL 8.80 package program. Result: KGI=0.912 of the scale substances and the CMO coefficient as a result of factor analysis was found to be 0.953. In the final case of the scale there are 20 items and 2 sub-dimensions. Sub-dimensions Factor 1: 'nurses' information status for venous thromboembolism', Factor 2: 'nurses' application status for venous thromboembolism' has been named. Compliance well-being values ;x2/SD value 1.09, GFI 0.99, AGFI 0.99, CFI 1.00, RMSEA 0.020 and SRMR 0.057. The Cronbach Alpha value of the scale is calculated as 0.965. Conclusion: The Scale for the Evaluation of Knowledge and Practice Status of Nurses for the .Prevention of Venous Thromboembolin' has been found to be valid and reliable for Turkish society.
