Publication: Sportif Faaliyetlerin İnternet Bağımlılığına Etkisinin İncelenmesi
Abstract
Amaç: Sportif faaliyetlerin internet bağımlılığına etkisinin incelenmesidir. Materyal Metot: Araştırmanın evrenini 2024-2025 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Samsun ilinde okuyan Eğitim Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Seçilen bu bölümlerde öğrenim gören 1.2.3.4 sınıf öğrencileri bu çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmaya toplamda 339 öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. İstatistiksel işlemlerde t- test, tek yönlü Anova ve Farklılıkların tespiti için LSD testleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Cinsiyete göre internet bağımlılığı arasında anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılık görülmemiştir (p>0,05). Öğrencilerin spor yapma durumuna, Spor yapmama ve yapma yılına göre, ikamet edilen yerin büyüklüğüne, kardeş sayısına, gelir durumuna, okudukları bölüme, sınıf düzeyine ve kendilerini başarılı veya başarısız değerlendirme durumlarına göre internet bağımlılığında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05 ve p<0,001). Spor yapma sıklığına, okudukları şehirde kaldıkları yere ve aile yapılarına göre anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç: Öğrencilerin internet bağımlılık düzeyleri cinsiyete, spor yapma durumuna, gelir durumuna, yaşadığı yerleşim yeri büyüklüğüne, kardeş sayısına, okudukları bölüme, sınıf düzeyine ve kendini değerlendirme durumuna göre değişebileceği söylenebilir. Bununla birlikte öğrencilerin okudukları şehirde barındıkları yere, aile yapılarına ve spor yapma sıklıklarına göre değişmediği tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin internet bağımlılıklarının azaltılması için sportif aktivitelere yönlendirilmeleri önerilebilir. Anahtar Sözcükler: İnternet Bağımlılığı, Öğrenci, Spor, Teknoloji

In statistical procedures, t-test, one-way Anova and LSD tests were performed to detect differences. Result: No significant difference was found between internet addiction according to gender (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in internet addiction according to students' sports activities, years of not doing sports and doing sports, the size of the place of residence, number of siblings, income status, department they study, class level and their success or failure evaluation (p<0.05 and p<0.001). There was no significant difference in terms of frequency of doing sports, place of residence in the city they study in and family structure (p>0.05). Conclusion: It can be said that students' internet addiction levels may vary according to gender, sports status, income status, size of the settlement they live in, number of siblings, department they study in, grade level and self-evaluation status. However, it was determined that students do not vary according to the place they live in the city they study in, their family structure and frequency of doing sports. It can be recommended that students be directed to sports activities in order to reduce their internet addiction. Keywords: Internet Addiction, Student, Sports, Technology
