Metabolik Bozukluğa Bağlı Baş Ağrısı

Abstract

Bu olgu sunumunda önceden metabolic veya sistemik hastalıklarla ilişkili baş ağrısı olarak bilinen, homeostasis bozukluğuna bağlı gelişen baş ağrısı sunulmuştur. Uluslararası baş ağrısı sınıflamasının ikinci yayınında baş ağrıları, primer ve seconder olarak iki ana gruba ayrılmıştır. Metabolik başağrıları metabolik bozuklukların sonucu olarak ortaya çıkar. Altta yatan hastalığın tedavisi, baş ağrısı iyileşmesi ile ilişkilidir.This case report presents headaches due to disorders of homeostasis (hyponatremia, hypokalemia), formerly known as "headaches associated with metabolic or systemic diseases. The second edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders divides headache disorders into two broad categories: primary and secondary. The metabolic headaches are secondary headaches that appear as a consequence of metabolic disturbances. Treatment of the underlying disease is associated with the recovery of headache.
