Yumurtlama Zamanının Beyaz ve Kahverengi Yumurtacı Hibritlerin Yumurta Kalitesi Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma yetiştirme sisteminin (Altlıklı yer ve serbest ) genotipin ve yumurtlama zamanının yumurta kalite özelliklerine etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yumurta şekil indeksine (P0.05) ve kabuk kalınlığına (P0.01) genotiplerin etkisi, yumurta ak indeksine de yumurta toplama zamanının etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (P0.05). Ele alman özgül ağırlık, kırılma direnci, sarı indeksi. Haugh birimi ve sarı rengi gibi'diğer özelliklerde önemli farklılıklar bulunmamıştır P(0.05).This study was carried out to determine the effects of oviposition time on egg quality charecteristics in white and brown layers. The effect of genotype on eggs shape index (P<0.05) and on shall thickness (P<0.01) was statisticaly significant. The effect of ovoposition time on albumen index was significant (P<0.05). Effects of genotype and ovoposition time on-other charecteristics such as specific gravity, breakage strength, yolk indices, Haugh unit and yolk colour were not statisticaly significant.
