Abstract
Palomena prasina (L.) (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae)'s winter male adult individuals, winter female adult individuals, new generation male individuals, metatoracic olfactory glands (MTG) chemical components of the next generation female individuals gas chromatographic spectrometry (GC-MS) method were analyzed. In the analysis of the MTG of the proximal male subjects of P. prasina, 3-methylpentane (80.45%) was the highest in the analysis of the MTG of the male population. In the MTG analysis, 3-methylpentane (77.76%) and the next generation adults were found to have 3-methylpentane in the MTG analysis. Both sexes were found to be 3-methylpentane, which is the most abundant substance of the new generation mature and new generation mature individuals. It was found that the second most common chemical substance of both sexes and the new generation adults was organic acids and the third chemical substance was gin Tridekan çıkan. Female and male individuals of Trissolcus semistriatus (Neue) (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae), Curculio nucum L. (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) with hexane extracts of the MTG gland of male and female individuals of the new generation of male and female individuals from P. prasina, P prasina 's new generation male-female individuals from the winterards, P. prasina'nin nimf Y-tube olfactometer in the selection tests were made. The doses used in the assay were determined to be diluted and concentrated concentrations according to the amount of odor and hexane. As a result of the study, the differences between P. prasina's different density MTG gland rates and fresh air and odor orientations were found significant (P = 0.000). In the study, it was determined that MTG glands had a repellent effect in the species. The same effect was observed in C. nucum and T. Semistriatus. Egg parasitoid T. semistriatus, P. prasina eggs in the study of the effect of parasitizing in the winter intensified male and female individuals with the intense concentration of MTG gland T. semistriatus, 100% of the eggs were determined to control parasitic. The parasitization rate in different concentrations of other MTG glands used in the study increased from high dose to lower dose.
