Publication: Bilim Sanat Merkezlerinde Görev Yapan Görsel Sanatlar Öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Yenilenme ve Kendilerini Geliştirmeye Yönelik Tutumlarının İncelenmesi
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, bilim sanat merkezlerinde görev yapan görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin mesleki yenilenme ve kendilerini geliştirmeye yönelik tutumlarını incelemektir. Nicel araştırma yöntemleri ile beslenen çalışmada aynı zamanda döküman analizleri, saha gözlemleri ve uzman görüşlerine de yer verilmiştir. 2022-2023 Eğitim-öğretim yılında Türkiye'deki bilim sanat merkezlerinde çalışan öğretmenler çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada örneklem seçimi kullanılmamıştır. Evren olarak belirlenen 324 öğretmenden 125'ine ulaşılmış olup, ulaşılan bu kişiler ile birer anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerine uygulanan bu anket; 5 demografik bilgiden, 29 adet beşli likert tipi anketten ve 1 açık uçlu sorudan oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler arasındaki iki değişkeni hesaplamak için T testi kullanılmıştır. Bazı değişkenleri ölçmek için ise ANOVA veri analizi uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan testin son sorusu açık uçlu soru olup görüşler nitel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular sonucunda BİLSEM kurumda çalışan öğretmenlerin mesleki yenilenme ve kendilerini geliştirmeye yönelik tutumları konusundaki algılarının yaş, cinsiyet, kıdem yılı, kurumda görev yılı, teknoloji bilgisi ve bilim teknik okuma değişkenlerine göre öğretmenlerin algılarında anlamlı farklılıkların olmadığı, mesleki yenilenme ve kendilerini geliştirmeye yönelik olumlu tutumlarının olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to increase professional renewal and self-oriented attitudes in the processing of visual arts working with science art. Developments nourished by good research methods, as well as document analysis, field observations and expert opinions, are also included. Work launches of people working in the field of science in Turkey have been created in the 2022-2023 academic year. Choice selection was not used in the study. 125 of the 324 teachers recorded as the universe were reached, and a survey was conducted by reaching these people. This survey applied to visual arts; It consists of 5 demographic information, 29 five-point Likert-type surveys and 1 open-ended question. T test was used to program two variables between the obtained data. ANOVA data analysis was performed so that you could use some variables. The final procedures of the applied test were open-procedural and the opinions were made qualitatively. The findings have revealed that there are no significant differences in the perceptions of BİLSEM employees regarding professional renewal and their shared tendencies according to the variables of age, gender, years of seniority, years of service in the institution, technology knowledge and science and technical reading, and that there are attitudes towards renewal and science.
