Publication: Voleybolcularda Core Stabilizasyon Kuvvetinin Bazı Fiziksel Parametrelere Etkisi
Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı kadın voleybolculara uygulanan core antrenman programı sonucunda core stabilizasyon kuvvetinin bazı fizisel parametresine olan etkisini incelemektir. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmamıza düzenli voleybol antrenmanı yapan 18-30 yaş arasındaki toplam 20 gönüllü kadın sporcu katılmıştır. Çalışmada katılımcılara Vücut Ağırlığı, Plank testi, Flamingo denge testi, Y denge testi, Otur-Uzan testi, sırt kuvveti testi, yatay sıçrama ve dikey sıçrama testleri uygulandı. Veriler SPSS 22 paket programı ile analiz edildi. Bulgular: Çalışma bulgularında antrenman uygulanan sporcuların core stabilizasyon kuvveti arttıkça sırt kuvveti, dikey sıçrama, yatay sıçrama, plank, dinamik denge ve statik dengelerinde anlamlı bir artış olduğu bulunmuştur. Vücut ağırlığında ise düşüş görülmüştür. Kontrol grubunda tüm parametrelerde ön test ve son test sonuçlarında anlamlı bir farklılık elde edilememiştir. Sonuç: Araştırmanın sonucunda voleybol antrenmana ek olarak uygulanan core antrenman programı ile sporcuların vücut ağırlığında düşüş, sırt kuvveti, dikey sıçrama, yatay sıçrama, plank, dinamik denge ve statik denge parametrelerini geliştirdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the core stabilisation strength on certain physical parameters of female volleyball players in consequence of a core training/ workout. Materials and method: Participants in the study included 20 female volunteering athletes between the ages of 18 and 30 who regularly practice volleyball. The participants underwent a body weight test, Plank test, Flamingo balance test, Y balance test, Sit& Reach test, back strength test, horizontal and vertical jump tests. The data were analysed by the SPSS 22 software. Results: On observation of each test result, it was apparent that the increase in the core stabilisation strength resulted in an significant improvement of the back strength, dynamic and static balance, plank and of the vertical and horizontal jump abilities, whereas the body weight decreased. There were no significant differences between the pre and post test parameters in comparison to the control group. Conclusion: By testing the effect of an additional core workout program to a regular volleyball practice/training on female volleyball players, the study established that an additional core workout program leads to weight loss and an improvement of the back strength, horizontal and vertical jump abilities, plank and dynamic and static balance parameters. Key words: Core stabilisation strength, Core strength, Volleyball
