Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışmada/ Enerji Dağılımlı X-ışını Floresansı (EDXRF) metodu, Karabük Demir Çelik Fabrikasının ürettiği ve ayrıca Üçel firmasınca Rusya'dan ithal edilen demir numuneleri; ve Ordu'dan sağlanan fındık numunelerinin analizinde kullanıldı. Demir numunelerinde esas içerik Fe yanında Ca, Ti, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr, Rb, Ag, As elementlerinin eser miktarda bulunduğu; fındık numunesinde ise esas olarak bulunan K, Ca yanında Fe, Zn, Eu, elementlerinin de eser olarak bulunduğu kalitatif olarak tespit edildi. Ayrıca demirin X ışınları için Kr/Kq^ oranının değeri 0.147+0.002 olarak bulundu. Yerli demirin konsantrasyonu ortalama %98.95, kütle yoğunluğu (7.802±0.004) g/cm3 ve ithal demirin yoğunluğu da (7.799±0.004)g/cm3 bulundu.
ABSTRACT In this study iron samples produced by Karabük Iron and Steel Factory, and iron samples imported from Russia by Üçel Company; and hazelnut samples from Ordu were analyzed by EDXRF technique. In iron samples presence of Ca, Ti, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr, Rb, Ag, As elements in trace amounts beside main content Fe; and in hazelnut samples presence of mainly and K, Ca, beside in trace amount Fe, Zn, Eu, elements were found qualitatively. Also Kp/Kj^ ratio of Fe for X-rays was determined as 0.147±0.002 and Fe concentration of Karabük iron samples was found to be 98.95 gr/cm3. In addition to these measurements the densities of Karabük iron and imported iron were measured as 7.802±0.004 and 7.994±0.004 respectively.
