Abstract
POTASYUM 2,6-DİMETİLMORFOLİNDİTİYOKARBAMAT SENTEZİ VE BAZI İÇECEKLERDE BAKIR VE KURŞUNUN FAAS İLE TAYİNİNDE KULLANILMASI ÖZET Bu çalışmada, yeni reaktif olarak, potasyum 2,6-dimetilmorfolinditiyokarbamat (KDMMDC) bileşiği sentezlendi ve bakır ile kurşunun zenginleştirilmesi ve ayrılması işlemlerinde kullanılabilirliği araştırıldı. Buradan hareket edilerek, katı-sıvı ekstraksiyon tekniği kullanılarak bazı maden suyu ve gazoz örneklerinde bulunan bakır ile kurşunun zenginleştirilmesi ve Alevli Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektroskopisi (FAAS) ile tayini için bir yöntem geliştirildi. Bu yöntem, potasyum 2,6-dimetilmorfolinditiyokarbamat reaktifi ile sulu fazda oluşturulan bakır ile kurşun komplekslerinin mikrokristal naftalin ile katı faza alınması ve civa(ll) nitrat çözeltisi ile geri ekstrakte edilerek sulu fazın FAAS ile ölçülmesine dayanmaktadır. Buna göre, son çözeltideki Cu ve Pb derişimi FAAS için sırasıyla 0.1 - 8.0 mg/L (r2 =0.9997), 0.1 - 9.0 mg/L (^=0.9987 ) arasında doğrusallık tespit edildi. Cu ve Pb için gözlenebilirle sınırı sırasıyla 0.036 ug/mL ve 0.008 ug/mL ve tayin sınırı 0.111 ug/mL ile 0.214 ug/mL olarak hesaplandı. Yöntemin doğruluğu, Cu ve Pb içeren bir standart alaşım (MBHC31xB20) kullanılarak test edildi. Geliştirilen bu yöntem ile maden suyu ve gazoz örneklerinde bakır ile kurşunun tayini yapıldı. SYNTHESIS OF POTASIUM 2,6-DIMETHYLMORFOLINEDITHIOCARBAMATE AND DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF COPPER AND LEAD IN SOME DRINKS BY FAAS ABSTRACT In this study, a potassium 2,6-dimethyImorpholinedithiocarbamate (KDMMDC) compound was synthesized and used in the separation and preconcentration of copper and lead. Thus, using the solid-liquid extraction technique a method was developed for preconcentration of copper and lead in mineral water and sweetened carbonated water and determination of there metals carried out by FAAS. This method is based on the process that complexes of copper and lead with potassium 2,6-dimethylmorpholinedithiocarbamate produced in aqueous phase have been adsorbed on microcrystalline naphthalene in solid phase, afterwards, copper and lead have been eluated with mercury (II) nitrate solution into aqueous phase and measurement by FAAS. It was observed that lineer respons were produced when the concentration of Cu(ll), Pb(li) in solution was about 0.1-8.0 mg/L (r^O.9997), 0.1-9.0 mg/L (1^=0.9987) for FAAS respectively. The determination limit was calculated for Cu and Pb as 0.111 mg/L, 0.214 mg/L, respectively. The accuracy of the method was tested with standart reference material (MBHC31xB20). Determination of copper and lead was carried out in various mineral water and sweetened carbonated water samples.
